Conditions for the processing of personal data. 

Information relative to the “Privacy Code” (article. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 – “Codice della Privacy”) – supplementary information to the Terms & Conditions present on the website www.fashtags.it (hereinafter mentioned as “Fashtags” or as “the Site”). This Privacy Policy applies in any case in which the user accesses the Site and decides to use it, including its services and/or tools, regardless of the purchase of the seller’s products.

1) Data controller

The holder of the personal data and contacts entered during the registration process to Fashtags, is the company UGC; owned by Umberto Gabriele Carpitella, with operational headquarters in Via Savona 55A 20144 Milan (Italy) – VAT number 07675840966, ug@umbertogabriele.it .
At present, the data controller is: Umberto Gabriele Carpitella.

2) Non-registered users. 

Fashtags does not collect personal data or information from unregistered users who visit the open-access areas of the Site that are accessible to the public.

3) Registered users.

3.1.) Purposes and methods of data processing. Compulsory nature of conferment. 

The collection of personal data and information is carried out in order to allow registered users to use all the Site’s services and/or tools, and in particular to allow them to access the reserved area, to manage contacts between buyers and sellers, and to effectuate all the other operations that are possible on the Site, as well as allow Fashtags to send them with their prior consent advertising material and information relative to the activities, projects and innovations of the Site,

The data processing is mainly executed by electronic means, in compliance with the Privacy Code. The conferment of personal data is compulsory on behalf of users who wishe to register on the Site, and the refusal of said conferment prevents their access to the reserved area of the Site and use of its services and/or tools.

3.2.) Data Collection. 

The Site collects user data recorded during navigation and during the use of the Site. In particular, the site can store the following personal data and information:

a) Personal data and contact details (name, email, telephone, addresses);

b) Fiscal data (tax code and VAT number) and financial information (credit card references or checking account number);

c) Information on business transactions occurred through the use of the Site’s services and/or tools (purchases and sales) and any other information relative to purchases and negotiations carried out on the Site;

d) Information acquired through interaction with the Site and its content, advertising, number of contacts with the Site and other users, network connection information, PC data and IP address.

3.3.) Communication and data dissemination. 

The personal data and information entered by users or collected while browsing the Site may be disclosed:
a) To entities to which the user requires that the Site send his personal information;
b) To consultants and employees assigned to exercise the operational execution of the Site, where

communication of data is necessary for the fulfillment of tax liability, administrative requirements or to protect the Site from improper use or other uses prohibited by the Terms of Use of the Site;

c) To idividuals to whom the communication is imposed due to a legal obligation.

3.4.) Management and protection of account. 

The registered user has the right to obtain the modification and integration of personal data and preferences on the dispatch of advertising material and information sent out by Fashtags, and can do so by sending a request to admin@fashtags.it.

The username and password chosen by the user to access the reserved area, are the only way in which access to it and its services and/or tools will be granted. Username and password are strictly personal and non-transferable and are to be kept by the user. In case of loss or disclosure of the password, the user takes full responsibility for the consequences arising from binding operations executed by others from their account even without their authorization.

3.5.) Cookies. 

Fashtags uses “cookies” (a system of automatic data collection that is not directly provided by the user). These are stored in the user’s web browser while browsing the Site, and enable the Site to associate the user with the personal information entered by him during previous browsing sessions of the Site. The cookies are stored on our server and no one can access the information contained therein. Only Fashtags processes the information collected through the use of cookies, and does so anonymously and to improve its services and/or tools.

3.6) Cancellation. 

At any time the user may decide to cancel and give up the possibility of using the Site and its services and/or tools. Personal data relating to user’s deleted records are kept in order to allow the completion of activities undertaken on the Site prior to the profile’s cancellation, and to enable the management of administrative and accounting aspects after the cancellation in order to prevent malicious use of the Site, to provide support for other users of the Site, for protection of the latter and of the individuals responsible for it.

4) Rights of interested parties and their exercise. 

The rights of the interested parties are stated in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and which should be consulted regarding the right to access personal data and other connected rights. Interested parties may exercise their rights under the Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, by sending an email communication to the holder of the personal data and contacts, and who will respond without delay in the manner best suited to treat the application.

5) Links to other websites. 

The Site contains links to other websites that may have no connection with Fashtags. The Site owners will not be held liable for the content of such sites and the rules adopted by them, including the treatment of user privacy and the processing of personal data during navigation. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites.

6) Applicable Law. 

This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law, and in particular by the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196), that regulates the processing of personal data – even when held overseas – carried out by anyone who is resident or located in Italy.

7) Modifications of Terms of Use

Amendments to this Privacy Policy can be made and effected by Fashtags at any time and without specific notice to your end, and also considering the changes in the law or regulations governing this matter.

The Privacy Policy posted on the Site reflects the latest Privacy Policy and is to be considered binding once posted on the Site. You should carefully review the same before you use the Site.
